Awesome gym and great people. I'm very much an introvert, don't really go out of my way to talk to people and feel a little uncomfortable in social situations, which made me a little apprehensive signing up to a powerlifting gym where you would assume it would be a pretty intimidating atmosphere. Did not find this at all. Coachs are extremely approachable, in fact they appraoch you and make sure to say hello and have a chat whenever you're in the gym. This clearly rubs off on the members as well because I have had multiple members come up to me to introduce themselves. Highly recommend this gym, regardless of your experience level or goals.
